Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth

The initial room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect with plenty of bars and eateries around.

What a wonderful hotel! We have stayed in accommodation all over the world and Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is up there with the best. Perfectly located in the heart of Vienna with very comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast each day. However, what makes the hotel one of the best in the world is undoubtedly the friendly and helpful staff. From the wonderful assistance received from the reception staff prior to and during our stay to the staff in the breakfast room and the young men who helped me with my bike and our luggage, they all had the same friendly and helpful approach to making sure our stay was as comfortable and hassle free as possible. My flight arrived early in the morning, and I was told they'd be happy to store my luggage til check in at 3. They saw that I was tired and invited to rest in the lobby. A half hour later they came and told me my room was ready! What a life saver! I loved my room-- super high ceilings, thoughtfully furnished and ultra clean.

The hotel is incredible. Whenever I go to Vienna I prefer staying there. This time I stayed in a single room which was spotless clean and big. It had a sitting area with a study desk and Tv unit adjacent to the sleeping area which had a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a big bathroom. The bed sheets and towels were of very good quality, shiny and clean. The staff are always really helpful. They helped me to reserve tickets for me and my guests for the Mozart Concert at Musikverein. The location is especially very good almost all city attractions are within the walking distance. What I really love about this hotel is the breakfast which is rich, tasty and served in a fantastic dining room with elegant silverware, linnen tablecloths and fine porcelain. You feel like an aristocrat living in another century in the past. I strongly reccommend it to those who likes being in the heart of the city.

Excellent location, it was easy to find and get to places. Super clean room with a big bathroom. Air conditioning was really effective, which I appreciated in the middle of July. I felt like a royal at the hotel's breakfast, which was great. Helpful staff.
