I like this type of hotels with some ancient vibe when I travel to Vienna, rather than the modern hotels. Several advantages for this hotel: location: very close to Stephensplatz, I like to be in the center of the city so I can walk without using a transportation; cleanliness and comfort of the room; exceptional breakfast.

What a wonderful hotel! We have stayed in accommodation all over the world and Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth is up there with the best. Perfectly located in the heart of Vienna with very comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast each day. However, what makes the hotel one of the best in the world is undoubtedly the friendly and helpful staff. From the wonderful assistance received from the reception staff prior to and during our stay to the staff in the breakfast room and the young men who helped me with my bike and our luggage, they all had the same friendly and helpful approach to making sure our stay was as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Thank you everyone at Kaiserin Elisabeth Hotel!

The hotel is incredible. Whenever I go to Vienna I prefer staying there. This time I stayed in a single room which was spotless clean and big. It had a sitting area with a study desk and Tv unit adjacent to the sleeping area which had a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a big bathroom. The bed sheets and towels were of very good quality, shiny and clean. The staff are always really helpful. They helped me to reserve tickets for me and my guests for the Mozart Concert at Musikverein. The location is especially very good almost all city attractions are within the walking distance. What I really love about this hotel is the breakfast which is rich, tasty and served in a fantastic dining room with elegant silverware, linnen tablecloths and fine porcelain. You feel like an aristocrat living in another century in the past. I strongly reccommend it to those who likes being in the heart of the city.

We have been clients of this wonderful hotel for over 15 years. The quality and service are excellent and consistent. We recommend. Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Excellent, varied and elegant breakfast (high class dishes set). A hotel in the spirit of old imperial Vienna. Tradition and quality at the level of Kaiserin Elisabeth. During the Christmas period, the hotel serves hot wine and biscuits throughout the day in the hotel lobby, which is very nice and creates an atmosphere of a fabulous holiday.

A very pleasant older-style hotel just a few metres off a main traffic-free shopping.street. The Stephansplatz U-bahn station is less than a minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Katerina on the night shift while I was there. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent with ample hot water at all times. The lift was remarkably fast with practically no waiting time. Not a little box like some older hotels.

A very sophisticated hotel, a traditional feel of Vienna. Extremely clean , quiet and brilliant soundproof bedrooms. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room which is a priority and a bright bathroom. Heating was perfect and lots of hot water . Everything you require to have pleasant stay was provided . And must not forget how considerate the staff were , ready to assist in any way possible , and so friendly & pleasant to talk to. Also the hotel is located in the best of the best areas, additionally conveniently located to the transportation and all the restaurants , cafeterias and shops . Sights in walking distance and pleasant to be among the locals . Most people spoke English which is a plus .

Excellent location, it was easy to find and get to places. Super clean room with a big bathroom. Air conditioning was really effective, which I appreciated in the middle of July. I felt like a royal at the hotel's breakfast, which was great. Helpful staff.

A classic Viennese-style hotel with history. I really liked the beautiful hotel public spaces, feeling like in a palace. One day there was a coffee machine in the lobby for free. Our rooms are classic, spotlessly clean. Breakfast fits the bill, although the variety could be more special. Delicious coffee to order. Very nice staff. We went to the airport in a booked spacious black car with a fixed price of the hotel.
